I guess she is recovering from another face lift and is too puffy for photos of her face.  I think it takes about 3 weeks for her face to return to normal.

 Quite possibly the facelift, although alternatively, she's feeling humiliated by the public emphasis on Stormy and affairs, and wants to be as far away from the Donald as possible.  I believe that she really needs to get paid double or more, based upon what she has had to put up with recently from him, to earn her cents.
