The argument in a nutshell being that Finland, like Greece, is a country outside the core of the Eurozone but still using the Euro currency. Like Greece, it's having a rough go economically right now (though nowhere near as deeply as Greece is), and most economists would say that not being on the Euro would help it. Finns, on the other hand, argue that while that's true in the short term, they've benefitted more than they've lost over the course of their time using the Euro.
