What's happening in NJ? I thought they were close to an agreement.
How do these legalization things work in terms of requiring residency? Do you have to be a Massachusetts resident to purchase the evil weed?
N.J. legislation has been pushed back a few weeks. I don't know what "few weeks" means to our legislature.
I don't know the Mass. rules for out of state. I know it is not allowed in Colorado.
A good friend was on recently on vacation in CO and he bought. Why would the law prevent visitors from buying and using in state?
All joking aside, it is important to remember that marijuana is still illegal on the federal level. While you don’t need to worry about being arrested by the feds for smoking a joint, employers can still chose to terminate employment for a positive drug test.
For those who are self employed, retired, or who work for someone who you know also imbibes and doesn’t disapprove, go ahead and enjoy yourself. But for anyone who has a job where drug testing is a possibility, even if they’ve never actually done so in all your years of employment, proceed with caution.

Looks like there will only be 2 dispensaries open initially, Northampton being one of them.
