Where to buy a full brisket?

Ashley, Whole Foods and meathouse are all pretty expensive?   Any luck anywhere else?

Costco?

I've only ever seen brisket flats at Costco (the one in Union), never a whole brisket.

that’s the challenge.  In other parts of the country full briskets are sold at Costco and other grocery stores.  Thought I’d check.  May just have to pay up. 

Costco sometimes has them.

A few months ago I smoked a full brisket.    15 hours.

Ask Shoprite butcher to order one.  A friend did it last summer.

What do you think is too expensive?   

I got at Ashley last year and was only a few dollars more than Costco.  I have also gotten at Kings in Short Hills -- they were almost double what Ashley charged

Maybe Union Pork Store? 

You can order it from Union Pork Store. They are amazing. If you're going to smoke it, you may want it untrimmed.
