What Will the Trains be Like on St Patrick's Day?

Drunken crowded brawls?

I am dreading this. I work in NJ but have a conference in the city tomorrow...and seeing a show after so I'll be on the late train home. Uggggggh.

Going in shouldn't be too bad if you leave early enough.  Prepare for drunken crowds coming home if you leave the City after the parade is over.

what time is the parade?  I was considering going in for it  

I'm usually in the city on the 17th and have never had issues with the train home around 6pm. Later than that it's a bit of a gamble, but it's usually not that bad.
