traffic mess by cvs
At noon I saw a utility pole broken in half laying in the street along with the wires.
It was closed as early as10:30 when I left Trader Joe’s. It must be some mess to have been closed all day.
They were repairing/replacing a utility pole with wires going across Millburn Ave.
