Can Limbaugh be stripped of this honor? I know military officers can be degraded in rank and stripped of medals when necessary.

I hope Biden follows up. If federal law does not allow it then we should ask Congress for such a law.

 Trump hasn't posted any condolences on Twitter yet. I wonder if he will and whether he will attend the funeral. His staff will probably tell him to post something and he'll do it begrudgingly

I hope Lewis's family tells Trump that he's not welcome.  He'll just stink up the place.

Who decides/arranges for someone to lie in state in the capitol rotunda? Is it Pelosi? Hope so.

Lying in state in the United States is the rare honor either authorized by a congressional resolution or approved by the congressional leadership, when permission is granted by survivors,^[10] to a deceased member of government (or former member) whereby his or her remains are placed in the rotunda of the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. for public viewing. The casket is guarded by members of the armed forces. By regulation and custom, only Presidents, military commanders, and members of Congress are granted the honor of lying in state. Except for Presidents and former Presidents, the honor is not automatic. Not all those entitled to the honor have it accepted by their survivors. The first leader to receive this honor was Henry Clay, former Speaker of the House of Representatives, when he died in 1852. so sad.  and also sad that lying in state is likely to mean something very different in a pandemic.  Maybe a 24/7 video feed of Lewis lying in state in the rotunda would be a fitting tribute.

 That's exactly what I thought when I saw it.

I think the best compromise would be for him to be buried in a golden urinal.  Patriots would enjoy urinating in it and word is (people are saying) that Trump would enjoy the golden shower.
