Stub Hub for Concert Tickets?

Ticketmaster is sold out of tickets (for billy joel), so I'm thinking about buying the tix from stub hub. Are they legit? If you have used them, what has been your experience? Is there another ticket company I should look into? TIA!

Stubhub is the most legit scalping outlet

Used StubHub for Tedeschi Trucks last year. Actually paid less than face value and the tickets were legitimate.

I have used StubHub for concerts (and baseball tickets). No problems.

I've bought (and sold) tickets on StubHub many times over the past few years (over 5 years at this point). They do say they have a guarantee, but I've never had any issues so I don't know how it works if you have to invoke it. They're as legit as any ticket resale company can be.

My brother in law bought tickets, they failed to arrive on time, he called stubhub and was given "print at home" tickets for a concert that were actually better seats than he had originally purchased.

I sold 3 tickets for Depeche Mode when they played Revel (everyone and their mother wanted to go until I clicked order tickets). Sold them all at face , buyers never showed up.

StubHub is awesome

In addition to StubHub, Ticketmaster has a resale service now too. I used it recently to buy a ticket, so check back on the Billy Joel page for any recent availability for the show you want to go to. Similar to StubHub, the seller sets the price but I got my ticket at face value.

I also use Seatgeek, which is a search engine for ticket reselling sites.
