Shout out to Woolley Fuel

They installed a new blower motor in my furnace which turned out to be defective, only they couldn't have known this until after the fact. The manufacturer warrants their parts but not Woolley's labor. Not only did Woolley absorb the cost of removing and reinstalling the motor a second time without even mentioning it, but they cancelled their afternoon appointment, went out and got a replacement and came back and installed it that day. All while being 30% less expensive than a certain well known HVAC contractor who charges just to walk in your front door.

That is how you stay in business for nearly a century.
