Regarding delayed openings -----

There were blocks long traffic jams on Parker, Prospect by Tuscan and Tuscan by Seth Boyden. Maybe people need to plan early to get their kids to school on delay days.

Are the school doors opened early so kids that are dropped off early, can get in?

Since there was no before care, kids couldn’t be dropped of more than a few minutes early, and more kids would be arriving at the same time.

When it is single digits out, more of us will drive kids to school, and there isn’t much to be done about the traffic mess, I’m afraid.

When when my children were at Tuscan the principal would not open the door even a minute early, even when the weather was, frankly, dangerous, like a lightning storm.

Though I have no direct experience, I've heard from multiple sources that the principal at Tuscan is a bit stubborn, for lack of a better word.
