posting minecraft videos on youtube?

my son would like to post his own minecraft and agario videos on to youtube.  is this possible without downloading software?  if not, what kind of software is recommended?

Your son will need a gmail account since Google owns YouTube. Then he can login to Youtube with that account and upload his videos. Best not to use his real name or photo on that account if he wants his videos to be viewable by the public, and best not to put up videos with him in it. Not sure how old your kid is, but kids can get sucked into the desire for views, likes and comments, so you'd have to set some ground rules for posting, and you might also want to check in on his account every now and then to see what he's posting.

My daughter (10) posts her Minecraft, Animal Jam, and stop-motion videos with her dolls up on YouTube. A while back she posted herself goofing around, and I made her to take it down. She's been more responsible about her posting since. I don't have that much control over folks making inappropriate comments, or making comments with inappropriate language, since she doesn't want to disable the ability for folks to comment, as that's part of the fun. So I just tell her to take their comments with a grain of salt. We'll see how it goes.
