I have a college junior double majoring in History and Education that would be a great fit for something like this. Where can we find the details? Thanks!
Thanks for posting. Seton Hall posted this a few days ago:

I read about this opportunity here back in December, encouraged my college-aged daughter to apply - and she actually won the scholarship! She's headed to the WWII Museum in New Orleans and then to France!!! Thank you berkeley and apple44 - she never would have known about this without you.
thankyou! said:

Great news! What a fascinating trip.
Can vouch for the quality of the NOLA Museum and the daunting, haunting nature of those beaches!

There is a scholarship offered in the name of Christy Whitman's late husband John for a 10 day trip, all expenses paid, from the World War 2 museum in New Orleans to Normandy. June 11-22, 2018 . Two essays are required. I have no idea how competitive it is but I have the application and am happy to pass it along to anyone with a college student who might be interested in applying.
