ODD/ADHD Child

My son is likely going to need to attend school outside the school district. He is still in elementary school and has been diagnosed with social mood disorder (aka ODD) and ADHD. Does anyone have any insight into the schools that specialize in dealing with children with behavioral as well as attention issues. I've heard of Newmark but know nothing about it.

I'm not current, but I met the director of Newmark right before they opened, and followed their reputation while my kid was in the system. they had a very good reputation. I liked the director a lot.

My neighbors son sounds like yours. The district pays for him to go to Chapel Hill. The family is very happy with it.

do a search on the names of the schools. send me a message, i'm happy to talk. Newmark rejected me and my husband, so I can try to help you not make the same "mistakes" I did (more a misunderstanding on the Principals part).
We are happy at Windsor Learning Center and doing well there.
