New varieties of mushrooms are available at Whole Foods.

For as long as I can remember, W.F. only carried varieties of Portobello, Shiitake and maybe Trumpet and Oyster. 

Yesterday, I bought Lions Mane and White Pearl.

These have a stronger flavor than Portobello. They also have a higher concentration of Niacin - warning to those who are sensitive to Niacin (B6).
