She was a real artist, and a one-of-a-kind stylist, vocally. I admired her courage, too, to come out the other side of substance dependence, and to keep doing art even with health struggles like Hep C and kidney failure. No so easy. Rest in peace, Natalie.

I love Unforgettable, that she sung in duet, with her father's recording. It always reminds me of my daughter, and the NJPAC performance our family heard where Natalie sung it.
What a sad loss, and at such a young age. I saw her in concert a long time ago, and it was... Unforgettable.
Natalie's cover of this song, "Smile" -- music composed by Charlie Chaplin for "Modern Times," was one of my favorites by her. Although the song is asking the listener to smile, it could bring tears to my eyes.
