Friend sent this photo from another friend, of some celebrity encounter in Florida. We have not been able to ID the guy. Can anyone help???

Don't see the photo. I'm sure it's not him but Simon Le Bon is 57 today.

I am no authority on the subject, but that does not look like a nose anyone would pay for.
