Meditation

These are a series of meditation sessions focusing on different situations such as stress, chronic pain and just the need to recharge.  I tried the pain management meditation which was quite pleasant.

I use the Insight Timer meditation app mostly, and also Imagine Clarity (Matthieu Ricard). I downloaded 10% Happier, but haven't explored it extensively.  


It’s kind of amazing how much content is available on the Insight Meditation app. More often than not I find guided meditations to be more distracting than helpful, so I mostly use the app strictly as a timer. But there is a LOT to choose from in there. 


Yes Insight Timer is great. I also mostly just use the timer, but occasionally check out some of the guided meditations.
