We need your design ideas. The Maplewoodstock Music and Arts
Festival t-shirt design contest is your chance to win $125 -- and become
locally famous. Our free, live music and art festival is seeking fresh new designs for our t-shirts and lawn signs.
The majority of the fundraising for our event is merchandise sales – t-shirts, hats, lawn signs, and bumper stickers.
What makes a winning design?
Bold, fresh, creative, and contemporary imagery that conveys a diverse array of musical talent that appeals to modern music fans.
We’ve had plenty of acoustic guitars, peace signs, doves, and maple leaves over the years. Think outside the box.
Include the words “Maplewoodstock” or “Maplewoodstock Music and Arts Festival.”
Include our dates: Sat, July 9, and Sun, July 10, 2016.
Tech specs:
Submit a PDF, from an Illustrator File.
Restrict to 4 colors (or less).
Your design must work on a variety of background colors (e.g., brown, orange, sky blue, white, etc.).
You can submit for an adult design or a kid’s design. Or both!
Submit before our deadline: Sunday, March 13, 2016, at 11:59 pm.
If chosen:
be prepared to work with us on adjustments
your final submission must be a print-ready layered Illustrator File.
We have $125 for each winning design.
