Maplewood Garden Club Monthly Speaker’s Program: “Gardens of Cornwall and Devon”

England is a “must see” destination for garden lovers. In June 2017, the Friends of the Frelinghuysen Arboretum set off for a visit to Cornwall and Devon. Join Maplewood Garden Club on Monday, November 1, at 7:30 when Judy Snow relives an unforgettable tour through large estates such as Mount Edgcumbe, Lanhydrock, Antony House, and Heligan, as well as smaller private gardens. You’ll learn about the rich history of the gardens while enjoying views of the lush borders in early summer. Judy’s presentation will follow a brief business meeting and conclude with a live Q&A session.

Judy Snow has been a member and officer of the Hunterdon Chrysanthemum Chapter for more than 30 years and a member of the Friends of the Frelinghuysen Arboretum for 20-plus years. She is past-president of the Friends and currently serves as the board’s secretary. She lives and gardens in Basking Ridge.
