Looking for recommendations for venue for summer wedding
We were guests at a wedding here a couple of years ago and it was simply phenomenal. Not inexpensive by any means but gorgeous! In Florham Park.

Our daughter had her wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange and was thrilled with every element of the event. The food, the grounds, the support from the venue - all were outstanding. Here's one link to the site:

My sister had her wedding at Willowwood arboretum in Chester. They didn't have an indoor facility but she rented a tent and even though it rained (torrential down pour actually) we were fine. They did have an old stone barn that she also had use of so she has the buffet set up in there. The whole event was lovely.
It may be a little rustic for some, but I got married at the Rutgers Gardens and for us it was exactly what we wanted.

Our daughter had her wedding at Bretton Woods in Morris Plains .. very nice.
Wedding was outdoors, cocktail hour in and outdoors, reception inside.

We had our wedding at The Oakeside Mansion in Bloomfield, NJ. It has a tent outside and you have access to the mansion as well. It was just perfect- we are still hearing about what a wonderful time people had!

Chrystal Springs does a very nice job, the fact that is is a resort hotel a plus, for out of town guests.
