Livingston Library......4 million dollars per year unrestricted from Livingston taxpayers
State law requires that municipalities fund their library. While a minimum amount is set in the law, municipalities can fund above that amount. Where this funding is not adequate, libraries have a library foundation and/or friends of the library organization to help raise additional funding.
