Line of credit
We have a home equity line of credit. It is tied to the prime rate so it can be adjusted.
I know there are options to get fixed rate loans or a hybrid products where you get a loan at a fixed rate plus a line at variable rates.

Can anyone advise on where to get the best rate for a line of credit? I am looking to get about S300,000. I have excellent credit. I am worried that interest rate is going up and I'd like to lock in something low.
