Landscaper - organic other requirements

Looking for landscaping  company whose people I can communicate with in English (or in French smile )  about using my own ORGANIC fertilizer and seed, about not weed whacking my flower seedlings, and who uses a push lawnmower or driven one at a reasonable height. Thanks!
