ISO Manhattan Dim Dum place with carts

Hi there, I have friends in from out of town and want to give then a fun dining experience. Can anyone suggest a Dim Sum place with the serving carts in Manhattan? Near the theatre district a plus, but not necessity. Thanks!

I go to Royal Seafood on Mott St all the time. Lots of carts when in full swing. When not near Chinatown I go to one of the Dim Sum Palace locations, but they don't use carts. 

Any other recommendations?
