I found this. Kitchen Table was doing a cooking class with the chef from Verjus. I don't think the building that Verjus was in still stands.
This is was a combination meal/cooking demonstration that Charlie and Jane conducted for Kitchen Table Maplewood.So not a rebirth of Verjus, but if you miss their cooking, you might want to reach out to Kitchen Table to see if they'll do it again.
