Is that the one you pass when heading towards Syracuse? If so, is it open? It always looks in development.
Just talked to a friend who went to Kalahari - she said it was fabulous. Best part was a centralized swim up bar, so you could booze it up while keeping an eye on the kiddos we went to aquatopia recently and it was fabulous. 100% better than great wolf (we were at both last month). We booked aquatopia for the teacher's convention days. Looking forward to it!
Very positive reviews from a couple friends, with kids in the 7-10 range..

Great wolf, Kalahari and camelbeach/aquatopia are all near each other in the Poconos
I have heard great things from a few people recently on Kahalahari as well. They liked it MUCH better than great Wolf.
I have never been but a co-worker went recently and mentioned the swim-up bars and water park. She said it was better than Great Wolf. Another co-worker said that Great Wolf has gone downhill.
I've been to the one in Ohio, twice. We all lovedit both times. Looking forward to going to the one in the Poconos sometime.
Never been to Great Wolf, so I can't compare; however, we were just there last weekend with a 7 and 10 year old (as well as 4 month old twins who dipped their toes). We had a great time. Decent food in restaurants, clean, and super fun water park, plus nice rooms. It was a win for us.

We have been to Great Wolf before and are wondering, for our next trip, whether it is worth trying. Has anyone been? I see they sell day passes so I dont know if that makes it more crowded or whether that even matters since we are thinking midweek. Thanks in advance.
