Hardwood Floor Refinishers

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to do hardwood floor refinishing?

I have seen Jacob Van Ysseldyk and son recommended quite a few times on MOL. The company is Professional Floor Refinishing of Livingston 973-740-0233. If you search for their name, I bet quite few threads will come up about floor refinishing.

We've been very happy with the work of Belleville Maintenance: (973) 744-6512.

We used Dylan Hardwood Floors and were pleased with the job they did, but very displeased with how they handled their waste (Several large bags of sawdust left behind). He (Dylan) didn't mention that we would have to deal with this waste which is not allowed in the residential trash stream. It took some hassling on our part to finally get him to pick up the bags without an additional charge.

Whoever you use, I definitely recommend making sure this aspect of the job is included up front. May be a good idea to have this spelled out in the quote.
