Reviving this thread because I think we've got the grubs -- our front lawn looks horrendous. Our back yard isn't much better, but I care a lot more about the aesthetics of the front lawn. Question for garden gurus: If you've got grubs, would it work to use the nematodes to only treat the front lawn? If you don't treat the back yard, can the little pests migrate back over to the front, thus causing the front lawn treatment to fail? Yes, I am totally clueless about gardening/landscaping despite owning a house with a front lawn and fairly large back yard for 10+ years...

I read about Nematodes (the helpful ones) and they seem (at least from what I have read) to be effective if introduced early in the spring.
So the questions are: Has anyone ever used Nematodes and what (if any) were the results? What other options are available?
