Getting paint stripped from a wrought iron lawn sign

Hi, looking for a place that has a vat of stripper, will clean then apply rust resistant primer.

I have to paint.

Do I need a primer or will two coats of rustoleum do the trick???

a little googling suggests using a primer first.

Fair prices and quick turn around!

It’s not easy finding strip joints these days. 
definitely use a primer before putting on the finish coat. Spray paint gives a much better finish.
