My local CSA/Co-op, Purple Dragon, has an extra veggie share available this Wednesday (3/13) in Maplewood. Here's what's available in the share:
Veggie shares: We expect (all organic unless noted otherwise: ORGANIC FL collard greens and red leaf lettuce, CA #2 Honeycrisp apples, broccoli, carrots, green cabbage, WA Anjou pears, Mexican cucumbers, butternut squash, Valencia oranges and slicing tomatoes, Ecuadorian bananas and Chilean blueberries (these both come by boat, using much less fossil fuel than items that come by truck from the west coast).
