Fallon ticket connection?

Anyone with good connections at NBC? I'm trying to help my sister out with tickets to Jimmy Fallon on 10/26 or 10/27. They're for her friend and her brother - he's going to be in NYC to tour and hopefully get accepted to the Helen Keller Institute. Hoping to see his favorite show before he loses his eyesight. It's a big favor - but it would mean a lot to them. Long shot but thougsht maybe someone here may know someone?

Do they have a facebook page? Sometimes that gets attention. Sometimes having an organization such as the commission for the blind make the request helps.

That may be very short notice to get tickets.
