Yes. Mile 10.   Probably a race that was observed by troopers that park at mile 2.

my nephew is a trooper. Last week someone dui drove right into the memorial for the trooper that was killed when he was walking back to his car after helping someone whose car had broken down. Mike post 46.8

The speed on the highways are beyond  the limits now. Way way beyond.
