I used Carmines to do my driveway and was happy with the results.  Carmines made sure to slope the driveway away from the garage and put a small hump in front of the garage to prevent water/dirt buildup on the garage doors. It is surprisingly expensive to line your driveway with Belgium block, so I ended up only doing the front part of the driveway until it reached the backyard gate.

Avellino's did my side walk and they did a good job as well.
