Does anyone know a good travel agent?

Have to book a trip for family members that will include multi-city stops and different return dates. Looking for a good travel agent to help with the bookings. Does anyone know one that they can recommend?

Have had good experiences with the staff at Travelong in Summit, sort of diagonally across from The Broadway Diner on River Road. 

Heather Cross is local and gets lots of recos on the SOMa Facebook lounge.
