College Bowl Games and The Music
Just watched ESPN bungle both bands in brief halftime appearances. First the sound wasn't up. It was like the general stands mic was up but not those on the bands.
Can't really understand why ESPN would even bother given the lack of attention to detail to make it work.
BOTH bands, muted out for most of the game and for their brief halftime slots.
Just reprehensible. All those parent hours of driving, driving, lessons. Hours of practice. More musicians on the field than so called athletes!!!
Total disrespect.

I'm watching The Rose Bowl. Two Iconic Football Programs with music to match. Many high schools around the country use one of these schools "fight" songs. On top of that is the iconic sound of the USC Band and their "chant"

I'm just appalled that they are playing out to commercials with totally bland "pop" music tracks.
