Check for standing water outside -- MOSQUITOES

For some reason I haven't thought about mosquitoes yet this season, but we left some bubble solution in a tray yesterday.  This afternoon there were approximately a gazillion dead mosquitoes in the tray -- I guess they thought it was water and couldn't get out of the bubble goo.  But clearly if it WAS just water, we'd be those jerks with standing water in our yard and it would have been a mosquito breed-fest. 

SO!  Before it becomes a problem in your yard, CHECK FOR STANDING WATER so the mosquitoes won't have anywhere to breed.  Today/tomorrow will probably be a great time to check since it's going to rain. 

Or maybe just put bubble goo out and kill them all? 

I put Dunks bits in my birdbath. Kills the mosquitoes but not the birds...

I'm putting out trays of bubble goo today. I want all mosquitos to die. Thanks for the tip.
