"If an interesting monster can't have an interesting hairdo, then I don't know what things are coming to..."
HAH! I love it!!!! I love you!!!!

" dog pile on the rabbit, dog pile on the rabbit"

Policeman: Okay, Clancey. Take the boys and surround the house.
Bugs Bunny: Jiggers, fellas! The cops!
[Rocky and Mugsy hide back in the oven]
Policeman: [Knocking on door] Open up! This is the police!
[Bursts through door ]
Policeman: All right, Rabbit. Where's Rocky? Where's he hiding?
Bugs Bunny: He's not in this stove.
Policeman: Oho! He's hiding in the stove, eh?
Bugs Bunny: Would I turn on this gas if he was in there?
Policeman: Um, you might, rabbit. You might.
Bugs Bunny: Well, would I throw a lighted match in there if he was in there?
Rocky: Oh no, you don't!
[He and Mugsy burst out of stove and grovel at the policeman's feet]
Rocky: Take me with you! Don't leave me with that crazy rabbit! I confess! I did it! Arrest me! Arrest me!

" my momma dun told me to bring home a rabbit"

Daffy: "That, sir, is an unmitigated faberication! It's wabbit season!"
Bugs: "Duck season!"
Daffy: "Wabbit season!"
Bugs: "Duck season!"
Daffy: "Wabbit season!"
Bugs: "Duck season!!"
Daffy: "Wabbit season!!"
Bugs: (reversing the flow) "Wabbit season!"
Daffy: "Duck season!!!"
Bugs: "Wabbit season!!!"
Daffy: "I say it's duck season, and I say, fire!"

Did I mention that Bugs Bunny is my all time favorite cartoon? Of all time? And forever? I could watch the same Bugs cartoon over and over...

I knew I should've made a left turn at Albuquerque...

eta: Even I didn't realize how often he said this...

Well, ya talked me into it ...

Cut the lights, this is it, we'll hit the heights, and oh what heights we'll hit, on the with the show, this is it!

Sorry, but come on. . .

"Ahhh, what's up Doc?"

Of course you know, this means war!

I dares ya to step across this line!

OOOOOOHH, I'M DYIN'!!!!

Not a quote but a seating card on a table for the "Knights of the round table" that read "Sir Osis of Liver"

For sportsnut. . .

the funny thing was that I obviously didn't get that as a kid, it wasn't until I was in college and saw the episode again - it was sooo much funnier then.

And how will it be to wear the shirt now?

OMG, I love you ALL!!! I constantly "do" Bugs Bunny-isms (as well as Honeymooners and other various isms) and people look at me like I'm nuts. I have absolutely NOTHING in common with any of the people I work with, so I just keep doing it to annoy them.

That being said: I used to work for Warner Bros. during the time when they stopped making the cartoons. Chuck Jones would call my boss constantly, trying to convince him to resurrect the cartoon department. My boss wouldn't talk to him, so I would -- sometimes for hours at a time! He would tell me all the things they did back then and the history of the characters. He was so grateful to have someone who ate up every word he uttered that he sent me several charcoal drawings -- one with Bugs laying on his stomach saying "Emskware (not my real name, of course) Bunny would be a fine name if you didn't like (my real first and last name)". Those were really great times.

Thanks for the smiles, folks.

I believe it's slightly different (sorry, but I'm such a purist!):

Overture, dim the lights
This is it, the night of nights
No more rehearsing or nursing a part
We know every part by heart

Overture, night of nights
This is it, we'll hit the heights
And oh what heights we'll hit
On with the show this is it!

"Ah, your brother blows bubble gum!"

Oh, dear. I do believe I've forgotten my fudge.

Elmer Fudd: I will do it with my spear and magic helmet!
Bugs Bunny: Your spear and magic helmet?
Elmer Fudd: Spear and magic helmet!
Bugs Bunny: Magic helmet?
Elmer Fudd: Magic helmet!
Bugs Bunny: [aside, cynically] Magic helmet.

There's also Sir Loin of Beef.

Aww, such a cute little thread I thought I would chime in.

I also quote from this highly underrated and often referred to 'little' cartoon. One of my favorites, besides all the ones with the actual celebrity references, has to be the one with the little baby vulture.

"I'm nuthin' but a lit-tle bay-by bird...."

and

"Hey Rabbit! What have you done with my leetle keed?" (or something like that)

Thanks guys.....

Genie: Duck, you have desecrated the spirit of the lamp! Prepare to take the consequences!
Daffy Duck: Consequences, shmonsequences. As long as I'm rich.

Hoboken?...OOOH I'm dying again...(Special guest appearance by Humphrey Bogart! )
Bugs and Chilly Willy...classic

MonJay - Beaky Buzzard!!!

(Gruesome, isn't it?)
