I'd try pinging Chambers Street Wines in TriBeCa - they usually carry wines off the beaten track... There is some Chasselas being made in Oregon and Washington A might be an interesting contrast. Good luck!
Mora's Fine Wine in East Setauket on Long Island carries it (under the varietal name Gutedel). Apparently does online orders, too.
Heinz Keller, proprietor at Pheasant's Landing down in Neshanic is a Swiss chef and featured some Swiss wines including a Fendant (Chasselas). I'm sure if you called him he could hook you up with his wine distributor who would know what local stores have it in stock.
A quick look at Gary's (Madison, Bernardville) shows that they have one...

Hank? Anyone else? If not, any good recos that I can order by mail? For fondue with some Geneva expats. Already have my eye on a Serge Dagueneau from Pouilly at WL, but prefer Swiss. Appreciate any ideas.
