my soon to be 9 year old niece is a budding artist. She loves to,draw and has a few computer and iPad apps that allow her to draw on- line. She says she wants an animation tablet for her birthday but I'm not convinced she needs another $300+ device to do this. She wants to be able to allow her drawings to animate and make movies out of her drawings. She has an iPad mini and a budget laptop. It doesn't have to be professional grade, of course but something that's a little more advanced and not geared towards younger kids. Any App that can do this? If not and an animation tablet is the only solution, which one?
