Alarm Co Recommendation - Now that Osvaldo retired?

Hi,

Any recommendation for a local person to work on an alarm? 

We had Osvaldo install our system about 10 years ago - He's since retired, and I need a sensor changed.  The monitoring company hasn't been super-responsive about putting us in contact with a local service person, so we need a recommendation
