"South Orange Square" sold

This came up in my newsfeed. Did Stuart Wainberg sell his main piece of property in town? Anyone know more about this? This was the property owner that sued to hold up the development of Village Hall. Owns a bunch of student housing in town, too.

This article has a bit more detail. Apparently, whoever bought this property also recently bought another large property nearby. Is this part of the Blockbuster development plan? I don't think it is.

It's not part of blockbuster.  That's a whole separate deal.
