$25 prepaid, $35 day of Discover how a yoga can make you a better runner!​ No prior yoga experience necessary. A yoga practice will help prevent injuries by increasing your flexibility and bringing balance to your body. It will improve your performance by strengthening your whole body. In the first hour of this workshop we will take a holistic look at the most beneficial yoga poses for runners with sequences that are key to maintaining a strong, flexible body. In the second half of the workshop, we will cover specific poses that access a runner\'s tight hips and groins.
