New Horizons Day Camp Open House

Come meet our staff, tour our facilities and learn about our terrific day camp program for children entering kindergarten through ninth grade. $500 Open House discount available to attendees who register for four weeks or more! We know what it means to have a camp where kids have fun, feel appreciated, and have their unique needs met. Children entering Kindergarten through 9th grade enjoy our beautiful air-conditioned facilities and outdoor sports and nature programs. Door-to-door bus service. Kindergarten and first graders are in a traditional camp program and campers entering grades 2 through 9 are given the opportunity to choose their own schedules providing campers a sense of ownership and excitement. Activities are led by our professional, highly qualified, and caring adult staff, including many local teachers. Children looking for fun and excitement can choose from an array of indoor and outdoor recreational activities, including basketball, flag football, volleyball, pilo polo, gymnastics, fitness, fun games, dodgeball, archery, swim lessons or recreational swim! Youngsters interested in the arts can try ceramics, cartooning, painting, t-shirt design, magic, game show fun, Lego design, or take to the stage for drama and dance. Technology and media offerings include digital photography, computers, Minecraft & video games, newscasting, and journalism. Science and innovation offerings include rocketry, aviation science, orienteering, science explorers, and structural design. Academic tutoring offered in math, language arts, science and social studies, plus a creative writing program.
