Join us every Thursday morning for mindfulness meditation. Together, we can practice staying grounded in the present moment by stopping, focusing on our breathing, and observing our thoughts and feelings without getting lost in them. Partly guided and partly silent. No experience needed. There are cushions or chairs to sit on. Whether you are a longtime meditator or new to the practice, you are welcome to join us. Some instruction will be given. $10 suggested donation.
