20 Meditation is the key to unfolding our true potential. $20 The regular practice of meditation gives us a tremendous boost of energy and strength in the daily battle of life. It allows us to weed out any unwanted thoughts and habits, and experience true inner peace and happiness. Prem will guide us through the practical steps to meditation along with an exploration of the psychological and philosophical background of the practice, and perhaps some Kirtan as well. Prem Sadasivananda, a scholar of Vedantic Philosophy, Hindu Scripture and Sanskrit, is well-known for his lively and humorous talks, his accessible teaching style and his unique ability to bring the ancient Yogic scriptures and texts to life in the modern world. A true life-coach, he has drawn on a deep knowledge and years of practice of Yoga to create popular courses on Meditation, Positive Thinking, Anger Management and Relationships.
