Leo Bottary, adjunct professor in Seton Hall University’s College of Communication and the Arts will be signing copies of his new book, The Power of Peers: How the Company You Keep Drives Leadership, Growth, & Success, which he co-authored with Leon Shapiro, on March 7, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the ITV Room of Walsh Library. Light refreshments will be served. The authors introduce the concept of “peer advantage”, which promotes engaging in advisory groups for CEOs with peers from different industries. The objective is to create an environment where leaders can learn and grow from those outside of their own background in order to address the challenges of an ever-changing, uncertain future. Mr. Bottary currently leads online learning teams as an adjunct professor for the Master of Arts in Strategic Communication & Leadership program (MASCL). He received his Master of Arts in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Seton Hall University and currently serves as Vice President, Peer Advantage for Vistage International.
