Recently Bomsori Kim made great success in the two biggest international competition which are the 15th Tchaikovsky International Competition (5th Prize) and the Queen Elisabeth Competition (Laureate) in 2015. In 2013, Bomsori Kim won the top prize in the 62th ARD International Music Competition Munich that is one of the top rated international music competition in the world and also received several special prizes. After her international debut in the 4th Sendai International Music Competition (2010), where she became the youngest prize winner and also received the audience prize, Bomsori Kim was the laureate in the 10th International Jean Sibelius Violin Competition (2010). Moreover, she won the 1st prize in The 3rd China International Violin Competition 2011 in Qingdao, as well as with three special prizes. In 2012, she won the prize in Hannover International Violin Competition in Germany.
