Estate Planning for Everyone

Estate Planning Estate Planning is important for you and for your family. Without any planning, assets will pass at your death according to New Jersey laws. Depending on the complexity of the estate, this could create inheritance and tax issues. It is imperative that all adults create at least a simple Will outlining the distribution of their assets. However, the larger an estate is, the more likely it is that a simple Will may not be enough.
