Black History Month Art & Music Reception Our February artist is Ronald Freeman: “My inspiration comes from the music and movement that surround me. Music, being my first love, creates a visual and very personal experience which is portrayed in my work. I'm intrigued by the ability to make marks that eventually become an image. This personal renaissance gives me the opportunity to experiment with various techniques and color palettes while creating expressive and meaningful artwork.” Ronald works in oils, pastels, charcoal, ball point pen and pencils. He enjoys using an extensive and expanded color palette in his works. Ronald has exhibited his work in a number of group shows in Northern New Jersey, including the completion of a 60 foot mural in the town of Orange Saturday, February 13 3-4 pm at Main Library Live music will be provided by pianist Bob Richards
